I am looking for a boat to crew on for casual racing during the week. I have about 17 years racing experience including collegiate and have done 4 Mackinac Island races (2 BYC, 2 CYC) and can do most positions on the boat. I am not interested in doing another Mac race or DRYA saturday series. Just looking for something more casual in the weekday evenings. Please contact me by email. Thanks.

Familiar with sailing - okay - please don't laugh...9 years sailing small boats on small lakes - summer camp brat (Albacores/Akroids/Invitations/Katamarans/etc.) Some experience on larger boats...but pretty fearless for the most part on anything...dying to learn and be challenged. Please call. Thanks!!!! Holly

Currently racing on Vanguard (MUMM 36) out of GLYC in St. Clair Shores. I am primarily Jib, Spinnaker and Main Trim. We compete in LSSC race series on Wednesday evenings and DRYA Saturday race series. • We (Vanguard) are 2009 DRYA/IRC A Season Champions– Third overall • DYRA Regattas that I have participated in with Vanguard (and will again this season) include; GLYC Leukemia Cup, NOOD, DYC, Windsor Overnite, DBC/GPC-Point to Point, GPYC, EBC, CSYC – Point to Point, BYC Overnite, GPYC Bluenose- Fixed Course. • I crewed on Vanguard on the 2009 BYC/Mackinac race and I am invited back for 2010. Raced for the 2007 season on Bad Whiskey (Nelson-Marek 36) out of BYC on Windsor Wednesday Evenings primarily as a Main Trimmer. Raced for the last 5 years on Absolute (Peterson 37) out of NSSC on ABYC Tuesday evenings and NSSC Top Gun Series on Friday evenings along with other Anchor Bay Regattas, again primarily on Jib, Spinnaker and Main Trim. • I raced in the 2009 CYC/Mackinac/SuperMax last year with Absolute and am listed on their crew roster for the 2010 CYC/Mackinac. I have been invited to the 2010 Tartan 10 Nationals that are coming to Detroit this season. Summary: My objective is to participate in the Anchor Bay Tuesday and Friday races on a new/competitve boat/program. I am a reliable and experienced crew member who is committed to seamlessly “fitting in” to your existing program.

I have been out of sailing for a while but I have an exteensive offshore and buoy racing background as skipper of my old boat "Z-Cruize" (Hunter 34) which I sailed to top finishes in Anchor Bay series, numerous Mac's and Noods. I'm a team player and looking to join a competitive boat. I can do just about any position as a crew member, including helm.
